Kunbi Soyrik does not allow child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, solicitation, or any content or behavior that harms children.
Kunbi Soyrik is intended for lawful matrimonial profile discovery by adults and families. The service is not designed for children, and the app targets users aged 18 and older.
Users can report safety concerns, suspicious profiles, inappropriate media, abusive behavior, or child safety concerns through the in-app Help and Support ticket flow.
Reported accounts, profile details, images, videos, and messages may be reviewed by the Kunbi Soyrik team. Violating content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or terminated.
Kunbi Soyrik complies with applicable child safety laws and may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate regional, national, or law-enforcement authorities when required.
Child safety, CSAM, and CSAE compliance questions can be sent to kunbisoyrik@gmail.com. The designated team reviews safety reports and compliance requests.
Users can report child safety concerns from the app through Help and Support, or contact us directly by email. Please include the profile name or ID, screenshots if available, and a short description of the concern so our team can review it quickly.
